When you add yourself to the list, please make sure to put in the correct cellphone you have access to. We will text you as soon as your table is ready. If you arrive at the restaurant before receiving a “table is ready text”, simply inform the host that you are checking in and that you have already added your name to the waitlist online.
Once you receive the “your table is ready” text, please plan to return to the restaurant within 5 minutes of the text. If you can not be there within that time but are still coming, please respond to the text and let us know. We can communicate with you through the app via text.
Please note, while we do not take reservations for groups smaller than 8, we do have the option to add yourself to the waitlist whenever there is one. Our Guest Manager App estimates wait times based on an algorithm. Sometimes real-life, unpredictable things happen that are not accounted for in the algorithm and your wait time may not be exact; please exercise patience and know that we are doing our best to get everyone seated as quickly as possible.
